Para ayudar al niño y niñas a mejorar la lectoescritura por medio de la mehora de las habilidades de la lectura, lo puedes realizarr de distintas maneras. La lectura y el reconocimiento de los fonemas y las letras es fundamental para el desarrollo de estas actividades.

- Fomentar un habito de lectura en casa empezando por los padres y hermanos mayores, como por ejemplo periódicos, libros y revistas, etc
- Acostumbra leer cuentas, historias, leyendas entre otros a tus niños. También puedes motivarle leyendo diccionarios, libros de cocinas o revistas de temas que le interesen, de anera que se encuentre entretenido con la lectura.
- Desarrollar actividades divertidas que involucren la lectura y escritura como juegos didacticos.Tener libros de lectura adecuados a la edad de tu hijo y tenerlos en un lugar adecuado para que le incite a pasar tiempo en él.
- Permite que el niño o niño elija las lecturas que mas le gusten, recuerda que lo importante es que practiquen la lectura , esto es necesario para poder inculcar un buen hábito lector en el día a día.
