Guía Caracol 2º grado primaria es un texto que reúne todas las áreas del Currículo Básico Nacional y toma en consideración los lineamientos del Ministerio del Poder Popular para la Educación. Adicionalmente, presenta temas de áreas complementarias de suma importancia para la formación de los y las estudiantes de este nivel: Ajedrez, Educación y Seguridad Vial, Educación Ambiental y Educación Sexual.
Contenidos Conceptuales
Se presentan de acuerdo con el programa oficial de cada una de las áreas y en el orden de éste. La información se expone en forma sencilla y clara, en enuncidos acordes al nivel cognoscitivo de los y las estudiantes. Dichos contenidos se presentan una vez avanzada cada área, de acuerdo con el proceso de nivelación en la lectura de los y las estudiantes.
Contenidos procedimentales
Constituyen uno de los anclajes fundamentales de este texto. Para desarrollarlos se ha tomado en cuenta la realidad del o la estudiante, procurando poner en práctica los conocimientos dentro de un contexto y con sentido de utilidad. En cada grupo de Actividades se incluyen algunas para ser realizadas en equipo, con la finalidad de incentivar la integración y la participación.
Contenidos actitudinales
Están desarrollados a lo largo de toda la Guía a través de diversos valores en los que el libro hace énfasis, entre los que destacan la identidad nacional, la libertad, la igualdad, el respeto, la solidaridad y el amor por la familia y la comunidad.
Ejes transversales
El texto también es recorrido por los ejes transversales contemplados en el Currículo, a través de lecturas que aparecen después de las Actividades de algunos temas, identificadas con los rótulos de Lenguaje, Desarrollo del pensamiento, Trabajo, Ambiente, Identidad nacional y Valores.
En las primeras páginas de cada área, además de la Tabla de Contenidos, se presentan las competencias señaladas para el grado y los indicadores para verificarlas. En la misma tabla se indican las páginas en las que se desarrollan contenidos vinculados a dichas competencias. Al final de la Guía se incluye una entrega especial de nueve dobles páginas de estilo infográfico, que cubren temas importantes y de mucha vigencia, los cuales pueden ser empleados como materiales de apoyo de las áreas básicas.
Todos nuestros materiales están disponibles en distintos formatos y pueden ser descargados sin costo alguno, tenemos como prioridad dar alcance de los materiales a los docentes y apoyar en la labor educativa que se realiza durante el año escolar, materiales que servirán de complemento y ayuda para la enseñanza y evaluación de los estudiantes del grado que corresponda esperemos les sea de gran aporte a sus niños, este material incluye temario completo que el niño debe desarrollar para mejorar las habilidades de la inteligencia, ya que se trata de un programa integral de estimuación.
